Our most important service is customer service

Our service technicians are trained on the Jacuzzi spas that we sell, on Pentair equipment, and we also do warranty work on all major brands. We have a Licensed Residential Appliance Installer on staff, and APSP Tech I and Tech II Certified Technicians. If you have a spa that others won’t work on, give us a call!

Our weekly pool service packages ensure that your pool stays clean, safe and trouble free throughout the season. We offer two standard pool service packages and we’re happy to customize a package specifically for you. Just tell us what you need!

Basic Package weekly pool service includes:

• Empty the skimmer basket
• Empty the pump basket
• Empty the pool cleaner
• Clean the inline filter
• Backwash the filter as needed
• Test the chlorine and pH levels, adding chemicals to balance as needed
• Add salt as needed
• Monitor the pool equipment

Total Care Package weekly pool service includes all the services in the basic package plus:

• Complete pool brushing
• Complete vacuuming
• Monitor equipment and repair as necessary under a set dollar amount.

We also offer a Pool Start Up service for pools new to our route. We’ll assess the equipment and prepare a status report on its condition; test the water on all parameters and balance the water as indicated.
