Our design process

Dream. Our design center has all the comforts of home and everything you’ll need to start making your dream backyard a reality. Our designer will talk with you about your wants and needs and learn about your lifestyle and your budget. You’ll have the opportunity to look at dozens of examples of beautiful backyards and see and touch the wide selection of finishes — from functional to fabulous — that might go into your project. You’ll also learn as much as you want to know about the construction process, our high-quality craftsmanship and the cutting-edge equipment we’ll use on your pool.

Design. Next our designer will create drawings of the pool you imagined. Once the drawings meet your approval, a quote will be finalized and the construction phase will begin.

Dig. We use industry best practices to cause as little disruption to your backyard as possible. A swimming pool is a major construction project, so throughout the construction process, we’ll keep you informed of what to expect and when to expect it.

Dive in. We’ll start up your pool by filling it and balancing the water; then we’ll teach you about each element of your new pool so you’re completely comfortable with how to operate it. Your pool isn’t finished until you say it’s finished! We’ll schedule follow-up visits for one month, three months and six months after completion just to make sure everything is shipshape. And we’re always available for questions or help. We pride ourselves on responsive service after the sale.
